Joining HEC Paris, Doha is a unique opportunity to be part of a close-knit community of talented individuals united around five core values: Curiosity, Excellence, Diversity, Responsibility and Entrepreneurial Spirit.https://www.qatar.exed.hec.edu/Job Description3-month Internship position reporting to the Assistant Professor of Entrepreneurship and OrganizationsWithin the Department of Faculty and Research, the Research Assistant is responsible for providing research support to the Assistant Professor of Entrepreneurship and Organizations, to work on one of two research streams: 1) Entrepreneurship and Society, or 2) Globalization of Organizations and their Effectiveness.The first research stream involves various projects that examine the role of entrepreneurship supporting organizations in fostering an entrepreneurial culture in their respective Arab Gulf countries, how social accelerators and incubators conceptualize and measure social impact, and the role of international exposure in mediating entrepreneurial intentions among youth.The second stream involves research around the ways universities as organizations adapt global models and templates to their local contexts. More specifically, current research projects in this stream examine the global spread of a model of “the entrepreneurial university,” diversity, equity, and inclusion, and internationalization and critically observe the process of adaptation and contextualization of global models for innovative pedagogy.
