Job Description

Job Summary


Raffles & Fairmont Doha are seeking enthusiastic and motivated Qatari nationals to join our internship program. This program is designed to provide local talent with hands-on experience in the hospitality industry, offering an opportunity to develop skills, gain professional knowledge, and explore potential career paths in a luxury hotel environment.


Key Responsibilities


As an intern, you will:


  • Collaborate with department teams to support daily operations.
  • Assist with special projects or initiatives specific to your assigned department.
  • Provide exceptional service to guests, ensuring their experience reflects the brand’s standards of excellence.
  • Attend training sessions and participate in team meetings to develop knowledge of luxury hospitality.
  • Receive mentoring from experienced professionals to build technical and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

Qualifications & Skills


Required:


  • Must be a Qatari national.
  • Passionate about the hospitality industry and eager to learn.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional demeanor with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Basic proficiency in English (Arabic language is preferred due to the nature of the role).

Preferred:


  • Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus but not required.
  • Familiarity with luxury service standards.
