Job Summary


Raffles & Fairmont Doha are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Arabic-speaking intern to join our team. This role focuses on administrative support, providing essential assistance to various departments while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. 


Key Responsibilities


As an Intern, you will:


  • Assist with general administrative tasks such as data entry, document preparation, filing, and correspondence in Arabic and English.
  • Translate documents and communications between Arabic and English as needed.
  • Support departmental meetings by preparing materials, taking minutes, and distributing summaries in Arabic and English.
  • Handle inquiries from guests and staff, ensuring all communications in Arabic are professional and accurate.
  • Coordinate schedules, appointments, and internal communications.
  • Uphold confidentiality while handling sensitive information.

Qualifications

Qualifications & Skills


Required:


  • Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking Arabic.
  • Basic proficiency in English for communication and coordination.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Detail-oriented with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Preferred:


  • Previous experience or internship in an administrative role is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with luxury service standards is a plus.
