Key Job Accountabilities
• Contributes to the establishment of the project industrial hygiene and health management process, including Fit to Work, Case Management and Health Risk Assessment and record keeping for Major Onshore Project, client Medical/IH policies and procedures as well as relevant regulatory requirements. Supports the investigation of personal injuries and illnesses, as well as project identified health and industrial hygiene hazard risks.
• Provide oversight and support for all industrial hygiene and health management personnel and deliverables across all project EPC packages in line with contracts, project requirements, regulatory bodies (e.g. MoPH, CDC, RLIC, client, Project and client).
• Support the EPC CONTRACTOR(s) development of a centralized database to report, record and track all industrial hygiene and health management risks and control programs, inspections, audits and statistics.
• Interface as delegated focal point between relevant industrial hygiene and health management representatives including regulatory bodies, client, and EPC CONTRACTOR(s).
• Advise and support the PMT SHES and Worker Welfare Division Managers and Camp O&M Head in regard to industrial hygiene and health management subjects and scope of work including investigations, inspections and audits.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in any Occupational Health, Hygiene, Safety, Environmental Science, Chemistry, or alternative.
Knowledge and Key Skills
• 10 years experience in occupational health and hygiene related field.
• Familiar with industrial hygiene and health management within industrial setting.
• Knowledge of basic science including occupational medicine, hygiene, physics, toxicology, psychosocial and biology with ability to apply this scientific data into field actions.
• International project experience with Tier-1 EPC Contractors or Client, involved in the construction of onshore production facilities (i.e. greenfield and brownfield work).
• Sound knowledge of the project execution process in large-scale project environments (expenditure >US$ 1 Bn).
