Job Description

  • Process payrolls for approximately 2500 – 3000 employees within the required the time frame.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws, tax regulations and company policies.
  • Generate and submit payroll reports to the line manager.
  • Provide employees with information regarding their pay, leave entitlement and deductions. Prepare payslips as requested by the employee.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential payroll records.
  • Update payroll data for current employees such as new hires, termination, promotions and changes in compensation or benefits.
  • Determine monthly salaries through work hours and leave days
  • Calculation of end of service including annual leave as per the calendar year.
  • Other duties as directed by the HR.
