The HR Officer – Operations is responsible for supporting the HR operations team in executing daily HR tasks, including managing employee data, assisting with payroll, and administering benefits. This role serves as a frontline HR contact, ensuring smooth operations and addressing employee needs while maintaining compliance with HR policies and labor laws.

Key Responsibilities



Employee Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HR systems. Payroll Support: Assist in payroll processing, ensuring timely and accurate payments. Benefits Administration: Support the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, leave, and retirement plans. Employee Support: Serve as the first point of contact for employees regarding HR-related queries and issues. HR Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes and improve service delivery.

Key Result Areas (KRAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)



- Operational Accuracy and Efficiency:
KPI: Accuracy of employee data management. KPI:Timeliness of payroll processing and benefits administration. - Employee Support and Satisfaction:
KPI: Response time to employee queries and issues. KPI: Employee satisfaction with HR support services. - Compliance and Record Management:
KPI: Compliance with labor laws and company policies. KPI: Accuracy and completeness of HR records. - Process Improvement and Efficiency:
KPI: Implementation of process improvements leading to operational efficiency. KPI: Reduction in HR process errors and delays.

Skills



Strong attention to details and organizational skills. Proficiency in HR systems and payroll software. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Qualifications



Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 2-4 years of experience in HR operations or administrative roles. Valid ID / Qatar / India Ability to join immediately or within a short notice period.
