About the job HR Officer

Contract Duration: 3 months ExtendableAssist in conducting investigations related to employee grievances, misconduct, and compliance issues.Provide timely and effective support for general staff queries related to HR policies and procedures.Advise employees and management on HR policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance and understanding.Maintain accurate records and documentation of investigations and employee communications.Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement initiatives that support employee relations.Stay updated on labor laws and industry trends to inform policy updates and staff training.Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns and promoting open communication.Requirements:Must have Bachelor's degree in HR or any related studyMust have at least 5 years of HR-related experienceMust be locally available with a valid QID preferably on a freelance visa or under family sponsorshipMust be willing to join immediately without serving notice period.
