Job Description

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job vacancies, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Conduct initial interviews and coordinate the interview process with hiring managers.
  • Prepare offer letters and employment contracts.
  • Manage the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation and necessary paperwork.
  • Address employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
  • Assist in resolving employee conflicts and issues, escalating to the HR Manager as needed.
  • Support initiatives to promote a positive work environment and employee engagement.
  • Assist with payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
  • Maintain employee payroll records and address payroll-related inquiries.
  • Support the administration of employee benefits and compensation programs.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, both physical and electronic.
  • Assist in preparing HR reports and documentation for audits.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in an HR role.
  • Knowledge of HR best practices and local labor laws.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Language : English, Arabic
