A great opportunity to join as a HR Manager at a Luxury 5 star hotel in Doha
The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for:
• Collaborating with agencies for external recruitment
• Quality control in selecting the right candidates
• Orientation programs for all the new employees to ensure that they respect the brand and hotel standards
• Coordinating to ensure that all new employees are given the necessary training in their new job
• Has an “Open Door” policy with all employees of the hotel
• Ensuring that any important issue is reported to the Director of HR.
• Responsible for all the employee files including compensation, medical and any other documents needed by the authorities for auditing purposes
• Ensuring an effective communication of all safety and security policies.
• Responsible for selection/ non-selection processes to ensure that all the information is passed to the candidates.
• Degree or Diploma in Human Resources
• Minimum 2 years’ experience as HR Manager
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in 5* Luxury hotels
• Hands on approach – ready to assist other departments when needed
• Strong relations builder
• Outgoing personality
• Fluent in English
