Job Description
Responsible for the management and daily/periodic processes related to staff attendance, leave management, employee files, employee labor requirements (i.e. contracts, QID, health card, etc.), and other HR employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.Ensures that employee data is correct and up to date in relevant payroll and employee administration systems.Submits complete monthly attendance/payroll information/updates to the Finance departmentPrepares draft internal memos, salary certificates, salary transfers, employment letters and reference letters.Supports Direct Superior and the HR team, as and when required, by providing advice, substituting team members or coordinating any other assigned human resources processes/ programs.
