Job Description
The role will be based in Qatar for a period of up to 6-months.
The HR Analysists will play a vital role to gather and process qualitive and quantitative data in relation to:
- Generic and Specific Career Pathways
- Competency Frameworks
- Workforce Competency Assessment (Baseline statement)
- Competency-based Assignment and Promotion Principles (including governance)
- Strategic Workforce Assessment Model
- Role Evaluation and Role Performance Statements
- Training Gap Analysis
- Provide implementation support advice and mentoring as required/directed.
- HR Analysts must be proficient in both Arabic and English Languages Credible candidates will have experience as an HR Analyst or in a similar role, preferably in a Defence related environment.
We are conducting a study to evaluate competency frameworks and processes for future career management within various organizations.
The HR analysists will collaborate with other members of the Project team as may be required.
Job will be in an office, but will require traveling to work sites as needed.
