The Role
A person who enjoys taking extra miles to ensure proper healthcare and wellbeing is provided to all colleagues at all times. He / She must have an adequate knowledge and ability to provide emergency treatment at workplace and administer over – the – counter medication to colleagues. Someone who is a natural caregiver and loves to support colleagues during their times of sickness while building trust with them, maintaining satisfaction and consistency of service provided.
·Being available at the clinic to attend sick colleagues and provide First Aid treatment, Medication and/ Recommendation to visit a Doctor depending on how serious the case is.
·Providing support and advice to sick colleagues as well as collaborating with their Managers/ Departments Heads whenever a Doctor’s visit or sick leave is required.
·Administering medications and treatments provided to all colleagues and recording medical history and symptoms.
·Providing refresher trainings to colleagues in collaboration with the Human Resources Manager
·Staying up- to – date in nursing and healthcare, providing health tips from time as well as organizing health talks/ campaigns.
·Ensuring all First Aid boxes around the hotel and accommodation and checked often and filled at all times.
·To assist the Human Resources department as and when required with administration task, colleague’s activities and any other tasks assigned.
