About the location:


seaside retreat in the heart of Qatar’s capital; experience the completely new Four Seasons Hotel Doha, reimagined with modern grandeur and sparkling with sunlight and sea views. From the elegant lobby to energetic restaurants and lounges, our beachfront urban retreat has been transformed into a vibrant hotspot, while remaining true to our Qatari roots. This stunning urban beachfront retreat opened in April 2005 in the heart of the business district, and has 237 rooms and 20 unbranded townhouses villas, a large Food and Beverage operation with 10 stunning venues including the world’s largest Nobu restaurant, significant banquets/outside catering, five pools and a private beach, fitness center, and a spa and wellness center offering guests expansive hydrotherapy facilities including an ice room, colour therapy room, steam room and hydrotherapy pool. The hotel completed a beautiful renovation in 2019 and re-opened in March 2020.

The Role of Hotel Manager:


We currently have an opportunity for a Hotel Manager to join our Four Seasons Hotel Doha Team! This role reports to the Senior General Manager and will be responsible for leading the day-to-day operations at the hotel.  You will be responsible for providing successful guest service delivery for the hotel.  You will provide leadership and management for all hotel operational personnel, and take responsibility for the health, safety and welfare of our hotel guests and employees.


We are looking for an individual who has extensive knowledge of Hotel Operations. One who has creativity and flair, and are able to evidence good business acumen, a strong work ethic and people-management skills. High energy, personality and presence is a must! The Position is perfect for an existing Hotel Manager with a proven track record in the Food and Beverage Domain!


Applicants are required to have five to seven years of experience with a diversity of leadership positions preferably in a luxury hotel environment.  A college degree preferably specializing in hotel/restaurant management, business administration, or equivalent experience is required. The position will require a flexible schedule and the ability to work different shifts and/or weekends.


  • The ability to lead the operational team in delivering consistently high service levels; ensuring our guests are warmly welcomed and looked after.  Previous experience in a similar role is essential along with a sincere passion for F&B and guest experience creativity.  In addition, you should have attention to detail and project management experience, the ability to enhance Four Seasons brand leadership with infusion of local heritage and culture into the product and service offerings, and an entrepreneurial spirit. 


  • You will be a strong operational leader and guest ambassador with the ability to challenge the norm and be solution oriented.  A seasoned leader with diplomacy, presence, and the ability to build strong relationships and work collaboratively to achieve mutual goals with key stake holders inside and outside the Hotel.


  • You should have a deep understanding of luxury to deliver both world class product and services, and have strong commercial acumen, proven ability to manage costs and deliver bottom line, the ability to link day to day activities to longer term business plans, goals, and objectives, and be a decision maker who is able to set clear strategic direction. 


  • You should also be a charismatic, nurturing, and inspiring leader of our team with the ability to attract and retain talent and support their development and growth.  As Hotel Manager, you will be the Cultural Advocate of the Golden Rule in every employee action in your hotel; creating a great workplace for all great people to deliver great experiences.
