The role of the Holiday Supervisor is to plan, organize and create holiday package combining tour and travel components suitable for clients requirements. The role leads the continuous improvements to help the organization achieve its overall objectives through best practice, achieving value for money and delivering excellent customer service.
Lead members on all aspects of travel planning and make recommendations to improve customer satisfaction.
Lead the Holidays Coordinator in providing feedback on the Joury’s service provision and continually improve the travel experience.
Analyze clients’ specifications or wishes and suggests suitable travel packages or services
Determine clients’ needs and suggest suitable travel packages
Organize and assist with all travel arrangements from beginning to end, including tickets, accommodation, transportation and tours.
Research various destinations and means of travel regarding prices, customs, weather conditions, reviews etc.
Organize travels from beginning to end, through booking tickets and accommodation, securing rental transportation, etc.
Provide travelers with pertinent information and useful travel/holiday materials (guides, maps, event
programs etc.)
Make reservations (normal and interline) as per customer requirements, including visa enquiries and travel insurances, as applicable.
Prepare and uses promotional techniques and materials to sell itinerary tour packages
Handle unforeseen problems and complaints and determines eligibility for money returns
Knowledge of computer reservations systems, and e-travel.
Knowledge of key holiday destinations.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including word, excel, PowerPoint, etc.
Knowledge of preparing tailored holidays packages and promotions.
ERP knowledge preferably SAP functional skills are a requirement to be successful in this role.
Minimum 5 year(s) working experience, 3 year(s) relevant working experience, 2 year (s) GCC is a plus
