Job Description

Leasing Operations
  • Develop and execute leasing strategies to minimize vacancies and optimize rental income.
  • Negotiate lease terms and agreements, ensuring compliance with legal and company standards.
  • Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing tenants to ensure long-term occupancy.
  • Conduct regular market analysis to set competitive rental rates and identify new leasing opportunities.
  • Oversee marketing and promotional activities to attract tenants.
Property Management
  • Lead the property management team to ensure the efficient operation, maintenance, and administration of properties.
  • Develop and monitor budgets for property management and leasing operations.
  • Ensure all properties comply with local laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
  • Oversee tenant relations, including handling complaints, resolving disputes, and addressing maintenance requests.
  • Monitor vendor performance and manage service contracts.
Team Leadership
  • Recruit, train, and mentor leasing and property management staff to achieve department goals.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide actionable feedback.
  • Foster a collaborative and performance-driven work environment.
Strategic Planning and Reporting
  • Develop and implement short-term and long-term strategies to enhance portfolio performance.
  • Prepare detailed reports on leasing activity, property performance, and market trends for senior management.
  • Identify opportunities to increase property value through renovations, upgrades, or other strategic initiatives.
Financial Management
  • Monitor rental income, arrears, and operating expenses to ensure profitability.
  • Analyze and approve financial statements, budgets, and expenditure reports.
  • Implement cost-saving measures while maintaining high service quality.

Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in real estate, Business Administration, or related field (master’s preferred).
  • Experience: At least 8-10 years of experience in leasing and property management, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Skills:
    • Strong knowledge of property laws and leasing regulations.
    • Excellent negotiation, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficient in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret financial data and market trends.
