We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Finance to lead our financial operations and strategy. This is a critical leadership role, responsible for driving financial excellence and supporting organizational growth.Key Responsibilities:Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.Develop and implement financial policies and strategies to ensure efficiency and compliance.Provide strategic recommendations to the leadership team based on financial insights.Manage cash flow, financial reporting, and annual budgeting processes.Ensure compliance with all legal, tax, and regulatory requirements.Lead risk management initiatives and safeguard the organization’s financial health.Mentor and manage the finance team to achieve high performance.Liaise with external stakeholders, including auditors and financial institutions.
