We have been present in the Middle East and Africa for over 50 years. The Cluster is being formed by 43 countries, where off, Alfa Laval has presence in UAE, KSA, Qatar, Egypt, Kenya and South Africa.
We are now looking for a for an Inspirational leader to spearheading
Marketing function Middle East and Africa, partnering closely with the business leaders and managers.
Role Description
You will be a member of AL MEA Management team, directly reporting to Managing Director, as well as the key representative for your region in the Global Marketing team. Moreover, you will be responsible for leading, developing and securing a high performing team in line with the Alfa Laval culture.
The Head of Cluster Marketing will be responsible for formulating and implementing marketing strategies at the cluster level, encompassing all end-users. This pivotal role involves driving both global and local initiatives, coordinating programs, promotions, and support through active engagement with Sales and BU teams. Strategic insights will be derived from valuable interactions with customers, account managers, product management, technical staff, and a combination of secondary and primary research.
Based either in UAE or KSA, the Head of Cluster Marketing will develop regional marketing strategies, support the formulation and execution of business plans, oversee go-to-market strategies, digital marketing initiatives, and enhance customer experiences across various industries. The marketing team collectively works towards providing data insights and strategic recommendations to internal stakeholders, driving brand value, fostering new business growth, and delivering superior customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Commercial Excellence:
Focus on establishing, managing change, and strengthening commercial processes. Owner of Customer Experience Program across various touchpoints and processes. Driving force behind our CRM processes and data insights
Strategic Marketing Planning & Insights:
Collaborate closely with the business to comprehend the market and competitive landscape. Creating Business and Market plans. Conduct market and competitors analysis.
Content and Communications:
External Communications: Develop, deploy, and measure campaigns, CSR initiatives, PR, and media relations. Internal Communications: Assist in creating internal communications and disseminating the Employee Value Proposition (EVP).
Digital Marketing
Develop, deploy, and measure campaigns for digital media. Enhance digital presence directly and indirectly through partners. Assist in nurturing prospects to potential customers.
To contribute effectively to our business, you will require these essential skills
Master's degree with 10-15 years of experience in the relevant field Proven track record of success in a leadership position. Commitment to excellence. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Reporting Relationship:
This role reports to the Managing Director, and Cluster president Alfa Laval MEA
Location: Dubai, UAE. Or Al Khobar, KSA
