Your Role We seek a dynamic, results-driven Head of Business Development & Partnerships to lead our market development in the GCC region. You have spent significant time in a similar regional role and understand market development. You will position VisionX as a key player in the GCC market for bespoke AI products and logistics AI solutions. This role is crucial in driving new business opportunities, forming partnerships, and cultivating client relationships. You will identify, engage, and finalize high-value deals while shaping the market development roadmap for sustainable growth.
Requirements: · Develop and execute business development and partnership strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion in the GCC region. · Identify, build, and nurture relationships with key decision-makers, C-level executives, and industry leaders. · Stay ahead of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to define and refine our go-to-market strategies. · Lead end-to-end sales processes, including lead generation, qualification, proposal development, and contract negotiations. · Translate VisionX’s core offerings into compelling value propositions that address client pain points and drive digital transformation initiatives. · Oversee preparing and submitting RFPs, proposals, and commercial bids, ensuring alignment with client needs. · Ensure seamless project execution, client satisfaction, and long-term partnerships by addressing client needs proactively.
What You Need: · You already live in UAE and understand business, market, and B2B tech sales. · 10+ years of business development, consulting, or sales experience in a reputable global firm or tech-driven environment. · Experience in market expansion and partnerships within the GCC region. · Proven track record of driving revenue growth and building long-term client relationships. · Strong consultative selling skills and ability to craft tailored solutions. · A deep understanding of digital transformation, AI, and emerging technologies is a plus. · Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. · Entrepreneurial mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making. · Ability to manage multiple high-value projects in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. · Willingness to travel across the GCC.
