Description
• Plan along with top Management and all business heads, the
annual training budget for the organization
• Develop and maintain relationship with business heads to
understand their training and development requirements and plan training
calendar accordingly
• Ensure identification and analysis of training needs in
coordination with other functional and category managers
• Provide performance consulting to business on ways to
improve existing processes and introduce new processes
• Create a knowledge repository with information around
relevant management books, online courses and white papers
• Ensure all concept specific training is audited and quality
checked by the corporate Learning & Development team
• Ensure standardization, relevance, cross pollination of
training across concepts
• Establish an effective training feedback mechanism aimed at
continuous improvement of learning & development process at our clients
place.
• Evaluate training content, trainers, methods employed, etc.
in an objective manner and undertake improvement actions, wherever needed

• Knowledge of e-recruitment platforms
Experience:
• 15-17 years of experience in Human Resources.
• At least 10 years of experience in Learning &
Development.
