Job Description

  • Assigning guests to tables they prefer, while keeping table rotation in mind so that servers receive the right number of customers.
  • Streamlining the seating process by managing table assignments and rotations according to the restaurant's policies.
  • Meeting and greeting guests as they enter, and manage wait times by adding them to a waiting list.
  • Providing attentive and personalized service to each customer.

  • Ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment, remaining positive and focused on delivering excellent customer service at all times.
  • Able to follow procedures and ask for clarification as required.
