We are looking for a Commis chief who can handle a small Japanese inspired kitchen

The cousin will be:

  • Beef Smash burger
  • Fried chiekn burger
  • 2 Types of shushi
  • Breakfast and brunch items

The candidate has to be qualified to run all safety and hygiene measures with good previous experience in cooking.
