This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Chef & Operations Lead at PASS THE SALT in Al Wakrah, Qatar. We're seeking a chef who’s passionate about food and ready to step into a leadership role, overseeing kitchen operations, menu planning, and food preparation. Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with daily kitchen operations, including food prep, cooking, and maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Collaborate with a small team, fostering a positive and efficient work environment.
  • Help oversee inventory, food purchasing, and cost control to support kitchen performance.
  • Engage with customers, both in-person and through digital content, representing PASS THE SALT’s brand with charisma and professionalism.
  • Participate in video shoots, product promotions, and marketing activities.
  • Master the grill—grilling expertise is highly valued.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Be willing to take on more responsibilities and help grow the business.
