Responsibilities:
Lead and instruct group fitness sessions, provide personalized exercise guidance, and offer demonstrations of proper techniques.
Monitor gym safety, ensure all equipment is in working order, and report any maintenance needs.
Promote healthy lifestyle habits and provide advice on nutrition and injury prevention.
Qualifications
Required
At least 2 years of experience as a fitness instructor, personal trainer, or related role.
Health and fitness certifications (e.g., ACE, NASM, ISSA, or equivalent).
CPR and First Aid certification (or ability to obtain within 90 days).
Proficiency in English with strong communication skills.
Desired
Experience in international or multicultural environments.
Fluency in Dari, Pashto, or Arabic.
Knowledge of injury rehabilitation exercises and wellness coaching techniques.
