About the location:
seaside retreat in the heart of Qatar’s capital; experience the completely new Four Seasons Hotel Doha, reimagined with modern grandeur and sparkling with sunlight and sea views. From the elegant lobby to energetic restaurants and lounges, our beachfront urban retreat has been transformed into a vibrant hotspot, while remaining true to our Qatari roots. This stunning urban beachfront retreat opened in April 2005 in the heart of the business district, and has 237 rooms and 20 unbranded townhouses villas, a large Food and Beverage operation with 10 stunning venues including the world’s largest Nobu restaurant, significant banquets/outside catering, five pools and a private beach, fitness center, and a spa and wellness center offering guests expansive hydrotherapy facilities including an ice room, colour therapy room, steam room and hydrotherapy pool. The hotel completed a beautiful renovation in 2019 and re-opened in March 2020.

Responsibilities:-
- Develop an evolving interesting array of fitness/wellness opportunities to motivate our guests.
- Promote and up sell revenue generating private training and wellness classes to meet guest needs.
- Ensure adherence to all corporate core standards.
- Provide leadership, mentoring, training, and periodic standards testing for newly certified or more junior instructors in Fitness.
- Work closely with the Spa Director to ensure proper standards of hygiene and functioning of equipment is consistent and in accordance with safety standards.
- Monitor the cleanliness of the gym and movement studio facilities and assist with maintaining a high level of organization, tidiness and stocked supplies.
- Handle guest requests, complaints, and any special problems keeping the Spa Director well-informed and ensure proper follow-up.
- Review daily arrivals to ensure proper handling of VIP's, return guests, groups, etc.
- Provide personalized service to all VIP’s and Spa Members.
- Attend and participate in all required training and re-training programs.
- Respond properly in any hotel emergency or safety situation.
- Perform any other tasks or projects as assigned by the hotel management and staff.
- Maintain a safe working environment and abide by all health department regulations.
- Ability to interact with guests, providing full knowledge and assistance for maximum guest usage in an outgoing and positive, but unobtrusive, manner.
- Be available for flexible scheduling to accommodate occupancy and guests’ requests
- Submit orders for supplies required for smooth operations.
- Maintain work areas in an orderly and clean manner
Preferred Qualifications and Skills:-
- Bachelor’s Degree in physical education or health related field or equivalent experience.
- Certifications related to group fitness instructor and personal trainer.
- At least 2 years’ experience in developing, leading and conducting group and personal fitness and wellness experiences.
- Proficiency required in developing, teaching and conducting group and personal fitness and wellness experiences in a luxury environment.
- Ability to function under pressure, set priorities and adjust to changing conditions.
- Display a high work ethic; with a sense of responsibility for the role within our team.
- Good organizational skills with the ability to work independently.
