Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated Fitness Gym Instructor to join our team and lead our clients in achieving their fitness goals through personalized training sessions and classes.
Job Responsibility:
1. Conduct fitness assessments and consultations to understand clients' goals and fitness levels.
2. Develop personalized workout plans based on clients' needs and goals.
3. Lead individual and group fitness classes, ensuring a safe and effective workout environment.
4. Demonstrate exercises and techniques while providing guidance on proper form.
5. Motivate and support clients to help them stay committed to their fitness journey.
6. Monitor clients' progress and make adjustments to their workout plans as needed.
Candidate Requirements:
1. Certified fitness instructor with a recognized certification.
2. Proven experience in conducting fitness assessments and creating customized workout plans.
3. Strong communication and motivational skills.
4. Knowledge of different exercise techniques and fitness trends.
5. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
6. CPR and first aid certification is a plus.
