Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and highly organized Female Private Butler / Private Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to a High Net Worth Individual (HNWI) family. The ideal candidate will excel at managing household operations and travel logistics while ensuring the family's personal and professional matters are seamlessly handled. This role requires discretion, flexibility, and an impeccable ability to anticipate needs, with a high demand on flexibility of working hours.




Key Responsibilities:


Travel Coordination: Plan, book, and manage domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, visas, and transportation. Prepare detailed travel itineraries and ensure they align with the Principal’s schedule and preferences. Manage last-minute changes or cancellations and resolve travel-related issues like delays or emergencies.

Household Management: Oversee daily household operations, including liaising with household staff, vendors, and service providers. Organize and oversee maintenance or improvement projects for the property.

Personal Assistance: Provide support with personal tasks, including organizing family events, managing personal correspondence, and handling private purchases.

Schedule Management: Synchronize the Principal’s professional and personal calendars to avoid conflicts. Schedule meetings, appointments, and events.

Packing and Logistics Support: Assist with packing and organizing personal and professional items for travel. Ensure personal preferences, such as dietary needs or leisure activities, are accommodated during travel.

Problem-Solving and On-the-Go Support: Address unforeseen challenges or emergencies with discretion and efficiency. Provide real-time assistance during travel and events to ensure a seamless experience.

Administrative Support: Maintain confidential records and manage personal and professional files. Support the Principal in managing correspondence, drafting emails, and preparing reports.

Key Skills and Qualifications:


Proven experience as a Butler or Personal Assistant with a focus on both household management and travel coordination.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business administration, hospitality management, or related fields.

Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.

Proficiency in travel management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong problem-solving and crisis management capabilities.

Fluency in English is mandatory.
