Job Description:
Lead and drive the manufacturing operations team of the entire plant for implementation of operational strategies, monitor daily progress and take corrective actions for further improvement.
Implementation of safety standards through implementation of process, equipment and behavioral safety protocols in line with the company regulations and local legislations to ensure safer working place.
Implementation of quality systems to ensure quality standards.
Analysis of product complaints and implement action plans for corrective actions and process update.
Implement autonomous maintenance and planned maintenance for best utilization of equipment and resources leading to achieving minimal machine breakdown.
Analysis of machine breakdown trends, driving for implementation of corrective actions.
Responsible for continuous benchmarking of key performance targets of the plant with other regional best manufacturing sites and driving programs for continuous improvement.
Drive implementation of innovation projects plant looking for best alternatives / options of design for manufacturing, following category technology selection and support the innovation delivery as a part of agreed network.
Responsible for skill gap analysis of subordinates and driving actions to develop knowledge / skills on Production, -maintenance-planning in consultation with HR and the Factory Manager.
