About the job Factory Manager
  • Production Management: Overseeing the entire production process, ensuring efficiency and adherence to quality standards.
  • Quality Control: Ensuring all products meet required standards and comply with industry regulations.
  • Safety and Compliance: Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Team Leadership: Managing, training, and developing a team of production supervisors and workers.
  • Inventory and Supply Chain Management: Overseeing inventory levels, coordinating with supply chain and procurement teams, and managing relationships with suppliers and vendors.
  • Budgeting and Cost Management: Developing and managing the factorys operating budget, monitoring expenses, and implementing cost-saving measures.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identifying opportunities for process improvements and leading initiatives to enhance production efficiency, reduce waste, and improve product quality.
    Education Background / Experience / Skills:
  • Bachelors degree in Food Science, Engineering, Business Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production management role, preferably in the Meat Industry
  • Strong understanding of food safety regulations and quality standards.
