About the role
Responsible to champion and implement the “Facility Quality Assurance Framework” so that Organization’s “Process Focus” Objectives are adhered to and aligned in all QRFM Residential Operations in order meet the Brand Standards, ensure customer Satisfaction & continuous improvement.
Accountabilities
- Conduct process trainings and awareness campaigns to disseminate information to all employees; Identify specific training requirements to bridge skill gaps.
- Verify the efficient implementation of the various procedures, processes, practices as per QMS requirements; plan and carry out scheduled as well as spot audits to ensure the effectiveness of the implementation.
- Own, Manage and maintain all reports and documentation of QMS, ensure all documents are prepared, recorded and stored as per QMS requirements for ease of retrieval.
- Lead all aspects of the Certification to ISO requirements including facilitation of the internal & external Audits; conduct management reviews as per schedule.
- Continuous Improvements – Analysis and evaluation of Non-Conformances and OFI (Opportunities for Improvement) to implement a “reactive action plan” for the short term as well as a “Corrective long-term Plan”.
- Implement a system of continuous improvement with inputs from all employees on development and innovation.
- Review and evaluate all documented SOPs/ processes to identify improvements which can facilitate efficient as well as reliable operational delivery.
- Coordinate with Management to formulate, establish and review the Quality Management System in line with the corporate guidelines.
- Benchmarking – Conduct benchmarking analysis with industry as well as Global best practices and present findings to Management.
- BPR (Business Process Re-engineering) – Evaluate department needs and conduct BPR exercises to make appropriate changes in the processes to ensure they are current and relevant.
- Perform other department duties related to his/her position as directed by the Head of the Department
Qualifications
About you
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering
- Certification in QMS (Quality Management System) / ISO Standards
- Minimum 3 years total of experience with at least 2-3 years’ experience in QMS Implementation
- Excellent Oral & Written Skills in English.
