Job Description Qualifications:

The Boeing Company is currently seeking a Quality Production Specialist (Associate or Experienced) for the F-15 Qatar Program. The initial training will be in Hazelwood, MO, with the work being performed in Al Udeid AFB, Qatar. 

This is a Long-Term Assignment to Al Udeid AFB, Qatar for a minimum of 2 years supporting Maintenance Operations on the F15QA. Relocation/assignment benefits to the international location will be provided.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location option.

Position Responsibilities:

• Reviews proposals, contracts, regulatory, program and customer requirements ensuring early quality involvement in program development.
• Prepares and maintains Quality directives, policies, processes, procedures, and metrics to assure program, contract, customer, regulatory requirements, international standards and working agreements are deployed.
• Analyzes process data, metrics, models and flows to identify root cause of problems. Participates with stakeholders to develop potential preventive or corrective actions and implementation.
• Conducts research, compiles, and analyzes performance reports and process control statistics, to continuously improve process capability.
• Conducts quality source selection and process reviews of suppliers' ability to meet program quality requirements and support business decisions and develops a coordinated response for management review and approval.
• Conducts hardware, software, and system level audits to determine compliance with quality management system standards, configuration assurance, related business, regulatory and customer requirements and reports results to management.
• Analyzes data to provide material review dispositions for nonconforming materials, parts and equipment.
• Works under general direction.

This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S Security Clearance for which the US Government requires US Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• 3+ years of experience in military aircraft operations, maintenance operations practices, and technical documents
• 3+ years of experience with quality or inspection on military aircraft.
• 3+ years of experience in Quality Management Systems (QMS).
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite Applications (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
• Must be willing to work variable shifts, including weekends and overtime. Some positions may also be rotating shifts.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• 5+ years of experience in military aircraft operations, maintenance operations practices, and technical documents
• 5+ years of experience with quality or inspection on military aircraft.
• 5+ years of experience in Quality Management Systems (QMS).
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite Applications (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
• Must be willing to work variable shifts, including weekends and overtime. Some positions may also be rotating shifts.
• Experience on military fighter platforms (F-16, F-18, F-22, F-5, F-14, or F-15)
• Experience with foreign customers in a cross-cultural environment.
• Experience building trust with our customers and showing a commitment to transparency.
• Experience working with a diverse group of people and demonstrating Seek, Speak and Listen attributes which includes responding appropriately, urgently, and respectfully.
• Demonstrated strong data analytical skills.
• Root cause analysis experience.
• Demonstrated high level of dependability, interpersonal skills, initiative, adaptability, decision-making, and problem solving and organization skills.

• Because the candidate selected will be expected to go on an international assignment, the offer will be contingent upon the candidate’s ability to obtain clearances from International Health Services and the receipt of a visa/work permit to the country in which he or she will be assigned. These contingencies also apply to any/all family members who may be relocating with the candidate.

Typical Education & Experience:

Associate (Level 2): Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Associate) and typically 1 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Bachelor, 3 years' related work experience, etc.).

Experienced (Level 3): Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Associate) and typically 3 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Bachelor+1 years' related work experience, 5 years' related work experience, etc.).

Relocation:

This position is located in a location that does not offer relocation domestically. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.

While in Hazelwood personnel will be on a Domestic DTA. Domestic Temporary Assignment benefits will be applicable upon hire. Relocation will be provided to the international assignment location. International relocation to Qatar will be provided.

Summary pay range:

Associate (Level 2):  $48,510- $90,090

Experienced (Level 3): $61,740   -$114,660

(This salary potential is for domestic based position and will include additives for expatriate position to follow)
