Leads and provides support to organizational operations by maintaining office systems and supervising staff. This position ensures that the office runs smoothly and effectively by identifying office management improvements that lead to the efficiency of operations.
Manages the office administration and ensures the smooth and effective overall operations of the office.
Establishes and monitors office procedures, and coordinates schedules, appointments, and bookings.
Ensures seamless cooperation within the department and provides continuous process improvements in controlling processes to offer cost-efficient services fulfilling business and statutory requirements.

Maintains office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems, layouts, and equipment procurement.
Allocation of available resources to enable successful task performance.
Coordinates office staff activities to ensure maximum efficiency.
Organizes orientation and training of new office staff.
Proper coordination with our department and office staff.
Establishes and monitors office procedures.
Coordinates schedules, appointments, and bookings.
Monitors and maintains office supply acquisitions.
Manages internal staff relations
Knowledge of office administration
Knowledge and experience in the delegation of authority and responsibility
Knowledge of Information gathering and monitoring
Excellent working knowledge of English (oral and written)
High proficiency in Computer Office Applications & Programs (MS Excel, Word, etc.)
Knowledge of the Arabic Language is an advantage
ERP knowledge preferably SAP functional skills is a requirement to be successful in this role.

5 years of similar job experience
5 years in GCC is preferred
