EXECUTIVE CHEF – EVENT CATERING


LOCATION: QATAR


SALARY: VERY COMPETITIVE


We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead a high-end events and catering business – this role will be based in Qatar but cover the GCC region.


As Executive Head Chef, you are responsible for the management of the entire culinary team for the events catering business to the highest level. Your responsibilities will include planning, organizing, and implementing culinary initiatives, researching global culinary trends, and developing innovative menus for our top-notch regional events. The role also involves coordinating menus with culinary departments, hosting presentations and events, researching nutrition, and ensuring operational objectives are met. Continuous development and optimization of the culinary team, processes, and techniques are key aspects, along with maintaining hygiene and quality management standards.


About You:


  • Proven track record in leading a culinary team at a similar level for large-scale high-end catering or hospitality business.
  • Minimum of 10+ years of experience in culinary leadership roles.
  • Proven track record in menu development, culinary innovation, and team management.
  • Strong culinary experience in top end hospitality & dining establishments
  • Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • In-depth knowledge of culinary techniques, food safety, and sanitation practices.
  • Creative flair and a passion for culinary innovation.
  • Proficiency in food cost control and inventory management.
