Marketing Executive – Al Jazeera Media NetworkWe are seeking a
Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will support the Head of Marketing in the development, execution, and management of Al Jazeera Media Network's marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with the overall Network Marketing Strategy. This role involves driving marketing activities for Al Jazeera's products and services to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:- Support and assist in the development and implementation of the agreed marketing strategy for Al Jazeera’s products and services, in order to help drive consumption and improve brand perceptions
- Work closely with other functions within the Network including Brand, Distribution, Research and Communications, to ensure alignment and avoid conflict in messaging/activity
- Monitor and analyse key market, consumer and competitor trends using available internal/external data
- Maintain an up-to-date awareness of trends and developments across the field of traditional, online, activation and social media marketing, ensuring these are considered during planning and implementation of marketing activity
- Work with contracted agencies, suppliers and partners during campaigns to ensure the maximum output is achieved
- Monitor and administer budget allocated for marketing activities & campaigns.
Other Responsibilities:- Administer and process relevant budget-related tasks including invoicing and payment tracking.
- Provide day-to-day administrative support for the marketing team.
- Develop the necessary briefing documents for advertising agencies and suppliers during the development and implementation of marketing activity
Qualification & SkillsRequired:- A minimum of 2 years of experience in branding and marketing field. Prior experience in marketing or brand agency is preferred.
- Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills
- Experience working with global or multinational brands
Education:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
