About the job Event Coordinator

Job Objective :


To manage events from request or conception requirement to clean up ensuring that organization events run smoothly, efficiently on approved budget and handle any crisis that may come up.

  • Policies, Systems, Process and Procedures
  • Statement and reports

Minimum Qualifications:


  • Diploma in relevant field

Minimum Experience:


  • 3-5 years experience in the event management field preferably in the oil & gas industry

Job Specific Skills:


  • Good time management skills.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Planning and organization skills.
  • Fluency in English and/ or Arabic.
  • Good MS Office skills.
