We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven EV Sales Executive to join our automotive team. The ideal candidate will have experience in vehicle sales, a passion for electric vehicles (EVs), and the ability to educate and guide customers through the purchasing process. The role
requires strong communication skills, customer relationship management, and an understanding of the EV market.
Key Responsibilities:
Actively promote and sell electric vehicles (EVs) to customers.
Educate customers on the benefits of EVs, including cost savings, sustainability, and performance features.
Provide exceptional customer service by understanding customer needs and offering appropriate vehicle options.
Conduct test drives and demonstrate the features of EVs.
Stay updated on the latest EV trends, government incentives, and charging infrastructure.
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to generate referrals and repeat business.
Collaborate with the finance and after-sales teams to ensure smooth vehicle delivery and customer satisfaction.
Keep accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and inquiries in the CRM system.
Participate in promotional activities, roadshows, and events to enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications & Skills:
Experience: Minimum 2-3 years in automotive sales, preferably in EV sales.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Strong understanding of EV technology, charging solutions, and the sustainability landscape.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Customer-oriented with a proactive approach to sales.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with CRM software and digital sales tools.
Valid driving license (mandatory).
