You will work closely with the Operations Manager to oversee staff, manage services, and maintain the high standards expected in a luxury environment.

- Assist in the day-to-day operations of the beach club to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Supervise and train staff members to provide exceptional service and hospitality
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and protocols
- Coordinate events and activities at the beach club, ensuring seamless execution
- Participate in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes
- Collaborate with other departments to create a cohesive guest experience
- Assist in maintaining inventory and controlling operational costs
