Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled ERP Analyst with expertise in SAP SuccessFactors to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, maintaining, and enhancing our SAP SuccessFactors modules. This role involves collaborating with various departments to ensure the effective use of the system, troubleshooting issues, and providing user support and training.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for SAP SuccessFactors, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.
- Conduct regular system audits and upgrades to ensure optimal performance and data integrity.
- Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement using SAP SuccessFactors.
- Stay updated on the latest SAP SuccessFactors features, updates, and best practices.
- Overseeing the upcoming implementation of a new HRM system, such as SAP SuccessFactors or another HR system.
- Implementing new performance management forms for 2024 in the existing SAP SuccessFactors PMGM module.
- Providing ongoing support and managing routine HR system requirements.
- Supporting the development of process automation apps.
- Collaborating with HR teams to ensure seamless integrations with SAP ECC systems.
- Conducting end-user training.
