Executive Producer - Creative Production
Al Jazeera Media Network are seeking a  Executive Producer - Creative Production to join their vibrant Creative Team in Qatar.
As the Executive Producer of Creative Production you will be responsible for creating and managing the delivery of high-quality design and Motion Graphics Solutions which represents and communicates  Al Jazeera Media Networks Visual editorial message.
From designing, conceptualising and coordinating with all other divisions within the Network you will  ensure compliance of the Networks Creative/Brand identity guidelines in the development and delivery of creative solutions.
 Additionally, as the Executive Producer you will be responsible for the approval and management of projects at the section level through the procurement and approval processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the creation of creative briefs in consultation with Creative, Editorial, Marketing and other Network colleagues at all levels. 
• To have an in-depth knowledge of the editorial, commercial and marketing agendas of the Network and Divisions and manage, influence and lead editorial, commercial, marketing (as appropriate) and creative design solutions across all visual communications. 
• Develop high-level design and branding package, refreshing the look and style for channels/News/Programmes and ensure consistency within all of the network channels. 
• Promoting the channel’s and network’s image and activities, by working closely with the Creative sections, Programmes, News and Network’s departments to create corporate on-air and off-air promotions. 
• The ability to assess production requirements in creative, resources required and financial terms and coordinate these with the resources across other departments. 
• Work on conceptualizing/brainstorming on projects/deliverables based on both the technical needs and creative brief. 
• Ensure that all design and motion graphics products comply with the channel and network brand standards and guidelines. 
• Evaluate and follow up the production and commissioning phases of all projects. 
• Follow up and provide guidance and support to Creative team members. 
• To be a source of leadership and professional advice. To manage the design direction, production and post-production process and commitments across the department. 
• Lead performance setting, monitoring and evaluation processes and efforts to meet the department’s vision and objectives. 
• To work in any area of the department, or undertake a shift pattern or unsociable hours as required by Creative management. (This may include public holidays, weekend and night shift work).

Required Education & Experience:

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Graphic Design, Motion Graphics, Multimedia or a related field is a must.
• Minimum 9 years of professional experience in Interactive Graphics Design, Motion Graphics, 3 years of which have been in a senior/supervisory role and within a TV, Media environment.
