About the job Employee Relations Officer (Retail)
Job Objective:
To execute activities related to employee relations in order to ensure systematic application of personnel policies and procedures and day to day support in all employee relations matters, in order to provide an efficient service to management and employees.
Key Accountabilities:
- Policies, Systems, Processes and Procedures.
- Employee Services and Grievances.
- Disciplinary Actions.
- Employee Records and Documentation.
- Employee Engagement
- Statement and Reports
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration/ Human Resource Management or equivalent
Minimum Experience:
- 2-3 years of experience in employee relations.
