·Hands-on experience in maintenance of chiller
plant, HVAC systems (Not construction), Elevators and Escalators.
·Manage and ensure by shift rounds to inspect Air
Compressors, Chillers, Compressors, Water Pumps, Extrusion Equipment; Air,
Water, and Electrical Systems and other Operation-Critical Equipment to ensure
functionality to required operational standards.
·Minimize the problems with equipment, leaks, and
other deficiencies and act as needed.
·Ensure maintains and repairs related to
elevators and escalators which is included door mechanisms, cables, hydraulic
buffers, pumps, brakes, rails, guides, and related equipment’s.
·Bachelor’s degree in electro-mechanical or
mechanical engineering
·7-10 years of Hands-on experience
electro-mechanical maintenance
·Understanding of BMS and computer-based
maintenance system.
