The main job responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Inspect, clean, maintain, and repair all electrical switch-gear and distribution networks and systems.
• Maintain and repair all electrical appliances.
• Replace electrical light bulbs and fluorescent tubes according to schedule or if required.
• Inspect, clean, maintain, and repair all electrical lighting fixtures, floodlighting, neon signs, LED signs and emergency lighting installations.
• Maintain emergency power supply and uninterruptible power supply systems.
• Service electrical motors and controls.
• Carry out preventive maintenance tasks on all electrical equipment.
• Be thoroughly familiar with all regulations regarding safety at work and observe these meticulously at all times.
• Observe cleanliness at the place of work and on the job after completion of work.
• Supervise closely all applicable rules of safety in the workplace.
• Ensure cleanliness of appearance and uniforms, particularly when working in guest areas.
• Protect the Hotel from fire and look after other aspects of safety and security.
• Follow energy conservation program.
• Maintain all the electrical logs/readings.

our experience and skills include:

▪ Working in the same capacity preferably in 4* or 5* Hotels.

▪ Good communication and customer contact skills; good problem-resolution skills

▪ Fluency in English, additional languages are a plus.

▪ Team player with strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
