ELECTRICAL ENGINEER – JD Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in electrical or equivalent with good communication and computer skills. Details of the Skills/experience required in the candidate: 10-12 years’ experience in electrical and/or Instrument maintenance work, including 7 years at Supervisory level dealing with costs, budgets, and contracts and familiar with preparation of tender specifications, associated standards pertaining to local and international regulations. A good knowledge of local contractors and an aptitude to understand other disciplines is desirable. Technical troubleshooting skills and resolving technical problems experience. Identifying the problem and searching for creative solutions. Gathering needed information. Overcoming obstacles to creative thinking. Moving from ideas to preliminary designs (including modeling). Evaluating and selecting a preferred solution. Preparing reports, plans, and specifications. (Project Planning) Implementing the design. (Project Implementation) Knowledge in executing Fit out and renovation projects. Monitoring the progress of projects including routine supervision and inspection of the works. Preparation tender package including writing the Scope of services, listing out BOQ including quantities, technical specifications, preparation of necessary tender drawings etc., A good knowledge in ELV systems i.e., BMS, PMS, SCADA, A/V, ACS, etc.,
