Job Objectives
End to end management of Ooredoo eshop operations by devising strategic plans to enhance eshop marketing and leading the Order Fulfillment team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment and delivery of merchandise.
Job ResponsibilitiesOrder Management, Logistics and Reporting
Manage Ooredoo eShop operations, order fulfillment, delivery, and logistics
Provide updates/reports and present projects and initiatives to management.
Be involved in Ooredoo eShop and portal, particularly in advertising and content elements
Support digital growth team in driving increased digitally transacting users, online recharges, bill payments
Build a roadmap of initiatives to run in existing and new channels, executing with speed and high-quality output
Manage online store fronts across – App, web for all product lines – recharges, add-ons, digital services & devices
Work closely with digital development team to gather, enrich new channel related requirement and support across design to delivery phase
Work closely with product, marketing, call center & retail teams to drive adoption of digital channel
Ensure availability to be on call 24/7 to handle any issues arising in online shopping
Administer and supervise web merchandising team to accomplish the company target
Market Intelligence & Process Excellence
Stay abreast with current trends and developments in the online marketing environment and adapt strategies that best serve the interests of Ooredoo, keep pace with the competition in the field
Meet customers’ expectations by recommending changes to product or services and websites
Develop and carry out the strategic online marketing plans for Ooredoo eShop
Develop strategies to make recommendations for best online sales performance
Provide support for strategy development and sales performances
Collaborate with digital engagement team to translate data into new user journeys and product feature requirements for development teams
Work closely with marketing & GTM team to build effective launch and communication plan to drive adoption of new/existing features
Support digital growth team in driving increased digitally transacting users, online recharges, bill payments.
Lead the Order Fulfillment Team to achieve deliverables and guide them in enhancing their knowledge of latest e- commerce innovation and trends.
Perform interview & selection activities and facilitate onboarding & orientation of new Team Members

Consistently monitor team's work and performance by conducting regular team meetings and systematic review sessions
Enhance team's engagement levels by creating a positive work environment and by ensuring alignment of individual & team objectives to organizational goals

Manage underperforming Team Members

Effectively use performance management mechanism to ensure growth and development of each individual team member - setting clear objectives, scheduling periodical informal performance conversations and formal review sessions, providing constructive feedback
Support & guide individual employees in the team to achieve work and personal development goals through coaching and mentoring
Ensure training need analysis is done for Team Members and that the chartered training programs are administered properly
Processes, Best Practices & Work Standard Management
Ascertain that the work processes and tools followed by the Team are effectual and of high-performance standards
Establish and document best practices
Closely monitor & audit the processes of the function to ensure the quality & work standards are maintained
Evaluate the efficacy of the tools and constantly update them
Job RequirementsEducational Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or commerce or related fields
Previous Work Experience
10 years of experience in eshops management and order fulfillment
Extensive experience with practices and techniques related to web merchandising or online retailing
Operational knowledge of techniques required
Sound knowledge of website management and eCommerce usability
Skills and Abilities
Proficient with Microsoft office Applications, MS Access and others
Ability to directly manage and be involved in operations and order fulfillment
Stay knowledgeable about relevant trends and innovations in e-commerce
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage deadlines
Problem-solving or troubleshooting skills
