  • To be an integral part of the Project Management Team under the umbrella of the Asset and Property Management Department.
  • To provide CAD drafting services for enhancing design proposals prepared by the Architects, Civil Engineers, Project Managers within APMD and other Company departments as required.
  • Provide AutoCAD technical support including graphical images, perspectives and As-Built drawings as directed by the Technical Services Department.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Prepare design options proposal for New Mall and supermarket buildings as per plot size and Company building regulation.
  • Prepare new supermarket and Hypermarket interior design layout with selling area, warehouse, fresh area, F &V display area, checkout counters, Customer counters etc.
  • Visit Supermarket sites and prepare As-Built drawings in preparation of proposed renovation and modification as required by Operation and commercial team.
  • Assemble information from the Architects, Civil Engineers, Project Managers within APMD to prepare CAD design layouts as guided and required.
  • Coordinate with Operation and commercial team and finalize CAD design layouts as guided and required by them and also obtain their approval.
  • Work in accordance with design programs and guideline as defined by the APMD.
  • Review all the information made available to progress the CAD and Graphics work. This may include photo of site or ad-built CAD files, sketches, reports, etc.
  • Participate in the design review meetings with Contractor and consultants and ensure that comments and approvals are recorded.
  • In progressing the CAD design, -verify that all-the relevant-comments with respect-to design changes and information available is being incorporated into the current presentation documents.
  • Ensure that you remain up to date with current CAD design programs and training courses in order to ensure that Company is able to offer a high standard of graphic presentation.
