We are excited to announce a new opportunity for a Director of Events Operations with our client, a luxury hotel in Doha. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the events/ banqueting team and overseeing all aspects of event planning and execution, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience for guests.

• Develop and implement event strategies that align with the hotel’s goals and objectives, focusing on guest satisfaction and revenue growth.
• Oversee the coordination and execution of all events, including weddings, meetings, conferences, and banquets.
• Manage and train the events team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure high performance and professional development.
• Collaborate with various departments, including sales, catering, and operations, to ensure seamless event execution.
• Monitor event budgets, forecasts, and reports, optimising resources to achieve financial objectives.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing any issues or concerns proactively to ensure exceptional service.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and practices, integrating innovative ideas into event operations to enhance guest experiences.
