The Digital and Social Media Manager is responsible for planning, developing, implementing, and managing strategies for the social media accounts that align with business goals based on current benchmark trends. Determines how effectively the business will be able to portray its brand value online. Increase brand awareness, improve marketing efforts and ensure specific objectives and ROI is reported.
Develop, implement, and manage social media strategy.
Define and track key social media KPIs, manage content, and evaluate campaign success.
Stay updated on social media best practices and technology trends.
Collaborate with copywriters and designers to create engaging content, while also coordinating efforts with marketing team, tenants, and vendors.
Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network.
Monitor SEO and user engagement and provide recommendations for optimizing content.
Set up and monitor information flow within CRM and with other business-critical systems.
Managing loyalty program, including budget, systems, operations, and reporting.
Establish and maintain relationships with partners in order to maintain and coordinate the effective delivery of loyalty programs, events and campaigns.
Oversees the technical aspects of existing systems, websites, microsites, mobile applications, guiding team members in technical matters, and supervising system modifications.
To implement digital and social media strategies that align with business goals based on current benchmark trends.
In-depth understanding of digital marketing strategies, social media platforms, and online advertising techniques to develop and execute effective digital marketing campaigns.
Proficiency in social media analytics tools to track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance metrics, such as engagement, reach, and conversions.
Strong content creation and copywriting skills to develop engaging and shareable content for various social media platforms, including text, images, and videos.
Knowledge of SEO principles and best practices to optimize website content and increase organic visibility and traffic.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with online communities, respond to customer inquiries and feedback, and maintain a positive brand image across digital channels.
ERP knowledge preferably SAP functional skills are a requirement to be successful in this role.
Minimum 8 year(s) working experience, 5 year(s) relevant working experience, 2 year (s) GCC is a plus
