Job Description:
This position will be responsible for the design management of the construction works on the ski resort project, ensuring that all building designs meet the project specifications, functional requirements, and local regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Fully responsible for the design and management of the 3B (part), 3C (part), IFC, 4A and 4B stages of each building unit in the ski resort project to ensure that the design scheme is consistent with the overall planning and functional requirements of the project.
2. Manage and coordinate the work of external design consultants, contractors and internal design teams to ensure that designs are delivered on time.
3. Ensure that the design scheme meets the project's sustainability goals, functionality and aesthetic requirements, taking into account efficient space use and user experience.
4. Participate in all stages of the design process, including schematic design, detailed design and construction drawing design, to ensure a seamless transition from concept to detail in the architectural design.
5. Ensure the close cooperation between the single building design and MEP, structure, landscape and other disciplines, and solve the problem of cross-professional design coordination.
6. Regularly communicate with project managers, NEOM, PMC and other relevant parties about design progress, and handle technical reviews and design adjustments.
7. Provide support to the design team during the construction phase, ensure the effective implementation of the architectural design in the construction, and respond to the design problems on the construction site in a timely manner.
8. Ensure that the design documents meet the laws and regulations of Saudi Arabia and international architectural design standards.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above in architecture or related majors (Full Time).
2. Have at least 15 years of experience in EPC design management and in architectural engineering design, experience in ski resort projects or similar projects is preferred.
3. Familiar with architectural engineering design standards, international design codes and local regulations in Saudi Arabia.
4. Proficient in the use of architectural design software (such as AutoCAD, Revit, etc.) and project management tools.
5. Have good organizational and leadership skills, and be able to lead the team to coordinate and complete multiple project tasks.
6. Excellent communication skills, able to effectively collaborate with all parties to promote the completion of projects on time and quality.
7. Fluent in English, mastery of Arabic or other languages is preferred
