The incumbent will have the overall responsibility of supervising and managing Doha Bank’s – IT Applications support function, including but not limited to Enterprise Channels, Enterprise Cards & Payments, Core Banking & Enterprise Integration, Enterprise Business Application & Enterprise IT service desk. The incumbent will collaborate with the Business Units and IT functions in building strategic and tactical roadmap, and drive the installation, maintenance and enhancement of IT systems, optimization of application performance through best practices, in alignment with the overall business strategy. The jobholder will contribute towards and guide the team in bank-wide technology implementation & optimization through best-in-class solutions.
