Demi Chef de Partie
As a Demi Chef de Partie, you will assist the Chef de Partie in running a section of the kitchen. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
· Assist in preparing and cooking high-quality dishes.
· Maintain cleanliness and organization in your section.
· Train and mentor junior team members.
A Demi Chef de Partie serving Hilton brands is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviors, skills, and values that follow:
· Previous experience as a Commis Chef or Demi Chef de Partie.
· Positive attitude with strong communication skills.
· Ability to work under pressure.
· Excellent attention to detail.
Start Date: February 15, 2024
Contract Duration: 2 months (2 weeks before Ramadan, 2 weeks after Ramadan)
