We are looking for a Data Management Development Lead for one of our clients with the following details:

End Date : DEC 2026
Location: Onshore, Doha, QATAR

Qualifications & Experience Required
- Confirmed Lead Document Controller with 15 years of professional experience in Industrial Projects Management
- organizations and with an excellent working knowledge of document & data control. With an important experience on new fields operator company transition phases, Legacy documentation upgrade and management, and technical documentation and fields digitalization.
- Co-ordinated approach to resolving problems in a timely manner.
- Strong understanding of Planning, Project controls in large scale EPCIC projects or portfolio of brownfield projects.
- Proficiency in P6, Power BI, SAP.
- Strong understanding of EVM, KPI development, engineering and risk management techniques. Proven ability to understand and support structured data development and process optimization. Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with digital transformation initiative and process automation.
- Large spectrum of skills and competencies in various engineering disciplines would be appreciated. Ability to work within a team environment and under pressure with minimal supervision.
- Good sense of contact and communication. Fluent in English.
Accountabilities
- Ensure awareness of and compliance with HSE rules and regulations by subordinates and contractors.
- Manage all activities to structure and maintain the metadata contained in Al Shaheen documentation to support the
- Digital Project and TAG centric COMPANY vision
- Manage, maintain, and develop the advanced viewer used by all COMPANY users to access to Al Shaheen documentation
- (iView)
- Create iView standalone.
- Involve updating COMPANY standards and rules related to numbering and to identify impacts within COMPANY application such as iTools.
- As part of DPG taskforce involve on all use cases part of digital twin related to iView and metadata contained in Al
- Shaheen documentation specially TAGs.
- Coordinate with IS department any activities related to application and tools linked to “intelligent” pdf (iPDF format)
- and quality control of metadata contained in Al Shaheen documentation.
- Coordinate with planning, document control and project analyst to optimize the reporting process.
- Develop dashboards and reporting tools to present E&C project status effectively.
- Serve as a primary interface between E&C and Data team for any requirements for application development. Drive the implementation of digital tools and automation to optimize project control processes.
